This won't have your pretty window manager open/save dialogs, but will use the openoffice default dialog. It's pretty obviously failing. Once it starts with that error the only way to save the file is to actually abandon my change and restart OOffice. Just select the corrupted writer file, click Secure Upload and Repair annd wait until the file is fixed. Saving to my home area which is same disk (diff partition) as Fedora.
