I am not an expert so I am not sure what to do now.. I tried updating to 3.5.1 but nothing!… I am using minimatica theme. So it is possible that the issue I'm facing is with my own hosting/servers. any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Try increasing the memory available to PHP.

Either of these solutions work to resolve this error for me. Considering there haven't been any other reports of this, I suspect it's a problem specific to your install. And yes, I've seen that this is becoming a common issue, so hopefully a solution comes shortly.
