Other people have reported success by restarting the Battle.net client, restarting their PC or turning off DVR recording in Win10's Xbox app. So I am unsure if that is the problem. This error overall is related to an access violation when trying to write to memory. Virus or malware infection. Rebooting did not work for a friend though, so it's certainly not a guaranteed fix, but give it a try if you haven't.
